Pink Floyd is an English well known rock group. They are famous by philosophic texts, acoustic experiments, innovations in designing albums and by their great shows. You know Pink Floyd as the most famous and influential rock band in the world.

 «The Wall» is their 11 studio album. This disc was recorded by the original members of Pink Floyd: Nick Mason (drums), Roger Waters (vocal, bass guitar), David Gilmour (vocal, guitar) and Richard Wright (piano) . The main author of almost all texts and music is Roger Waters. Conceptual dual written based on personal feelings of Waters. It tells about the wall of estrangement, which separate him from the other world. As Roger told, the idea of this album was born after one of the concerts, when Watters couldn’t resist mockery of one of the fans nearby with the scene, Watters spat him in his face and refused to continue the concert.

Conception of this album is close to Rock- opera, but there is no narrative on behalf of the heroes. It’s a new sound, absolutely unexpected from Pink Floyd, but at the same time absolutely recognizable. Conception of album is – the place of  human in modern society. Wall is a symbol of barrier between people, which you should to destroy. In the centre of narrative the main hero named Pink Floyd.
